While we strive to provide the best protection, certain conditions will void this Limited Warranty:
Damage caused by extreme weather conditions, including wind speeds exceeding 30 mph, hurricanes, tornadoes, hail, or excessive rainfall leading to pooling or shifting, is not covered under this warranty.
If the tarp is moved, adjusted, or removed by another party (including roofers, adjusters, engineers, or inspectors), the warranty will be void. To maintain coverage, please contact Tarpers® for any necessary modifications.
This warranty does not cover structural issues, existing roof damage, or conditions that may compromise the effectiveness of the tarp.
This warranty covers only the tarp installation itself. It does not cover damage to the underlying structure, interior damage, or any resulting losses due to tarp failure. While we strive to provide the best protection, certain conditions will void this warranty.
While our tarps provide an essential temporary solution, they are not a substitute for permanent repairs. We strongly encourage homeowners to pursue long-term repairs as soon as possible to avoid further damage and ensure the structural integrity of their property. Contacting a licensed contractor or roofing professional promptly will help ensure a long-term repair before additional weather exposure causes further damage.
