This year we had the opportunity to attend the 2026 PLRB Claims Conference, one of the biggest gatherings in the property insurance world. It was an incredible experience from start to finish, and we walked away with new connections, fresh ideas, and a deeper appreciation for the people who make this industry work.
Why PLRB Matters to Us
PLRB brings together claims professionals, adjusters, and vendors from all over the country. For a company like ours that works directly with insurance carriers and their policyholders, there is no better place to be. We got to sit in on sessions about the latest claims handling trends, talk with adjusters face to face about what they need from service providers, and learn about new technology that is shaping the future of property claims.
The conversations were real and practical. People shared what is working, what is not, and where the industry is headed. That kind of insight helps us serve our insurance partners better when storm season rolls around.

We spent a lot of time at the conference talking with claims professionals about our non-destructive tarping method and how TarpBags® work in the field. Giving Back Through Roc Solid Foundation
One of the highlights of the trip was getting involved with the Roc Solid Foundation. If you are not familiar with them, Roc Solid is an amazing nonprofit that builds hope for kids fighting cancer by building playsets and providing support for their families. At the conference they had a station set up where attendees could put together backpacks filled with essentials for children going through treatment.
Getting to participate in that was really special. The insurance industry can feel very numbers driven sometimes, so it was refreshing to step back and do something that has a direct, tangible impact on a kid's life. That is the kind of thing that reminds you why community matters.
Looking Ahead
