Our team consists of trained professionals who understand the urgency of emergency situations. We operate dawn to dusk, seven days a week, responding to calls throughout Florida and deploying to additional states during major catastrophe events. Our field crews are equipped with professional-grade materials, proper safety equipment, and the training necessary to work on a variety of roof types including asphalt shingle, concrete tile, clay tile, metal, and flat commercial roofing systems.

Tarpers maintains strong relationships with major insurance carriers and integrates seamlessly with industry-standard claims platforms including Symbility and Xactware. Our documentation practices meet the rigorous standards expected by insurance adjusters, featuring comprehensive photo documentation, detailed material inventories, and precise measurements of all protected areas.
